TRADITIONAL MASSAGE TREATMENTS
Balinese Massage: 1 hour $79
A relaxing massage, used for centuries to renew, strengthen and heal the body and mind. This massage combines stretching, long strokes, skin rolling, kneeding, palm and thumb pressure techniques to stimulate blood circulation, relieve tension and calm the mind, while soothing aching muscles.
Reflexology: 1 hour $79
A relaxing, yet extremely effective therapy, which applies pressure to specific points on the feet. First a soothing foot bath, then ancient techniques are used to stimulate these reflex points removing blockages, improving circulation and invigorating your entire body. You will be revitalised, relaxed and tension free.
Head & Shoulder Massage: ½ hour $49
A relaxing massage which works deeply into this area where so much tension is held. Allow skilled hands to soothe your muscles and relax your mind. This 30 minute treatment will help to relieve stress and
tension in the neck and shoulders. Ideally suited for those spending long hours on the computer or studying.
Foot Massage: ½ hour $49
An ancient healing therapy, as blissful as it is beneficial. Massage of the feet's reflex points can improve your health by restoring the natural flow of body energy. Recover physical and mental harmony with this wonderful treatment that will send waves of relaxation through your entire body.
Warm Stone Massage: 1½ hours $125
Enjoy a traditional Balinese massage that combines deep heat therapy. Once the traditional massage is completed, soothing warm stones are applied with long flowing strokes all over the body. Perfect to improve blood circulation and ease stiff sore muscles. A very effective treatment to promote energy flow, leaving you with a sense of balance and peace.
Balinese Herbal Massage: 1½ Hours $125
First enjoy a traditional Balinese massage. Then heated muslin parcels of aromatic herbs and spices are administered to alleviate pain and/or inflammation. As the hot packs open the pores, the medicinal heat induces the muscles to completely relax. Used since the 14th century this time-honored treatment is great for warming the body, and reducing toxins and inflammation.
FACIAL TREATMENTS
Traditional Tropical Facial: 1 hour $85
This unique facial is a gentle and effective treatment using a century old Balinese beauty recipe of fresh ingredients to cleanse, refine and hydrate your skin. Incorporating acupressure and stroking massage to the face, scalp, neck and shoulders finishing with a hand and foot massage; you will leave refreshed, relaxed and absolutely pampered.
Refresher Facial: ½ hour $50
This facial is gentle yet effective. Incorporating a tropical beauty recipe; hand made with fresh ingredients to cleanse, refine and hydrate your skin. It leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
TRADITIONAL BODY TREATMENTS / SCRUBS
Javanese Lulur: 1 hour $89
Javanese Lulur will beautify your body and give your skin a healthy glow. It is a total beauty ritual used exclusively by princesses in the Javanese palaces of Indonesia when preparing for their wedding. This ancient secret recipe is now available in Adelaide. First oil is applied - next the lulur paste - then yoghurt - rinse and cleanse the body. Enjoy a shower and then have our romantic body lotion applied. Finally, relax with our ginger tea and healthy treats.
Balinese Boreh: 1 hour $89
This traditional recipe comes from the elders of Indonesia to reserve their energy and keep them warm. The scrub made from herbs and spices is excellent for relieving fever, headaches and muscle aches.
Apply massage oil first for a Traditional Massage - then Balinese boreh and leave for 10 minutes - rinse and cleanse body. Enjoy a shower and then have our warming lotion applied. Partake in our ginger tea and healthy treats. Not recommended for pregnant women.
Coffee, Mocha and Cinnamon: 1 hour $89
This treatment will soothe and exfoliate the skin and elevate your mood. If you have dry skin then this treatment is just for you: dead skin cells are lifted from your skin.
First massage oil is applied for a Traditional Massage - followed by coffee mocha and cinnamon paste over the whole body. Enjoy a shower then have coconut and cinnamon lotion applied. Partake in our ginger tea and healthy treats.

HAIR TREATMENT
Hair Spa Cream Bath: 1 Hour $79
A traditional treatment synonymous with beauty rituals in Bali, to maintain the sleek and shiny lustre of healthy hair. After a thorough shampoo, your scalp and hair are massaged with relaxing, rythmic finger movements. We then steam your hair to allow full penetration of this hydrating treatment, which simulates the hair follicles and softens and strengthens the strands of hair, while you enjoy a relaxing massage to your neck, shoulders and arms.
BODY WAXING
For gentle, effective removal of body hair we use the traditional technique of sugar waxing, with a specially prepared cane sugar mixture. On completion, an Aloe Vera gel is gently applied to soothe and calm the skin.
