Indigo Health for Children
Indigo Health is a programme designed to optimise the potential of your child, whether that be learning, behaviour or having a settled baby.
The programme includes sessions with Naturopath Deborah Rugari and Kinesiologist Penny Sarah who have been working together for 6 years to optimise the health of babies, children and adults. The combination of Naturopathy and Kinesiology is unique in its ability to bring balance to physical, emotional and mental health.
Sometimes learning and behavioural issues; no matter how old your child is, relate to the overall health of their digestive and immune systems. The naturopathy sessions determine and resolve the overall nutritional health of your child. Does your child have sensitivities to certain foods and/or nutritional deficiencies? Is there vaccination, immune or candida stress or other imbalances that affect their behaviour and learning?
And sometimes learning and behavioural issues, regardless of how old your child is, relate to unresolved emotional issues or a lack of brain organisation. The Kinesiology sessions determine and resolve any emotional issues that are blocking the potential and well being of your child.
Kinesiology also addresses any imbalances in the brain directly related to learning.
