Murali studied Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic science from the prestigious university of India.
He has been practicing Yoga for about 10 years and teaching for 6 years. Having considered and experienced many different Yoga styles and techniques, he is now following therapeutic and wellness yoga. This is a healing form of Yoga, which is well formatted plan of breathing, meditation and cleansing techniques.
Personalised Yoga Can meet you where you are and help you towards physical, mental and emotional well-being. Your one-on-one yoga class will include posture work, breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and yogic cleansing, all at a level appropriate to your needs.
