As a mother of two boys Jess has learnt the absolute importance of Natural Medicine and good Nutrition for both mother and baby. She looks forward to teaching young mothers how to achieve the best possible health for themselves and their families. This helps her to ascertain exactly what treatment and lifestyle changes are appropriate for the individual to attain and maintain optimum health and happiness.
