Steve assists people from all areas of life to reach their full potential. Be it greatness on the sporting field or success in the business world, Steve can help you realise your goals. He specialises in performance enhancement, executive coaching, leadership and behavioural change.

Steve currently provides performance enhancement strategies to the following high performance organisation: Australian Institute of Sport, South Australian Cricket Association, Tennis Australia and other professional athletes. He is also a feedback specialist for the Mt Eliza Executive Education, Melbourne Business School. He is also an accredited consultant in numerous psychometric instruments.

For over twelve years Steve has helped athletes achieve success on the world stage. He has been involved in performance enhancement at Olympics (Sydney, Athens, Torino, & Beijing), Commonwealth Games (Manchester & Melbourne), World Championships and World Cups. He has worked internationally in the United Kingdom and was awarded the British Applied Sport and Exercise Science High Performance Sport Accreditation. Previously, Steve was Head of Sport Science at the Victorian Institute of Sport and he has also worked overseas as National Lead Psychologist for the English Institute of Sport, Senior Psychologist at the Scottish Institute of Sport and South Australian Sports Institute.

Steve specialises in assisting people understand psychological/mental factors that affect performance in sports or business, and how to apply skills to enhance individual, organizational or team performance. Some of the most important skills taught include goal setting, relaxation, visualisation, self-talk, awareness and control, concentration, and confidence.
