 Grant assists individuals of all ages to improve their total well being by choosing from many modalities that are tailored to suit the individual.
As a Reiki Master, Grant may use this gentle hands on healing in conjunction with his other modalities.

- Reflexology the stimulation of reflex points on the feet, which bring about a rebalancing of the body.
- Massage especially for lower back, shoulder and neckpain or for pure relaxation and stress removal.
Grant also uses Aura-soma a gentle colour therapy to harmonise and balance the subtle energies by working on the physical, emotional and spiritual dynamics of the body.
He also incorporates Australian Bush Flower Essences which are powerful, especially with children whom are physically and emotionally over active. Grant is qualified in the use of bioenergetic medicine and the Vega machine.
